This is a very powerful synergy of using Sound, Vibration and Breath to invite going deeply within: re- integrating healthy body/mind connections and helping shed accumulated unhelpful patterns.
KateLyn and I gave a 3 day retreat last month combining our work, and the response from the participants was enthusiastically positive. Some of the participants had experienced one or the other modalities separately from each other, but they were in awe of the powerful combination of the two; and all had deeply moving experiences.
